Registration and Enrollment
From the early stages of creative movement to the time when a young body is ready to take on different challenges, Academy of Fort Wayne Ballet training provides a unique set of disciplines and outcomes. Strength, agility, grace, and self-esteem are but a few of the benefits that come from tackling curricular ballet. Whether a child is looking for an outlet for his or her creative energy or considering a career in dance, the safe but aggressive syllabus at Fort Wayne Ballet will provide a solid foundation.

**Registration Fees and Continuing Education:
New this year, registration fee is $40 for 1st child, and $20 for every child after that. Boys registration fee is $50. Each registration fee holds your child’s spot in their registered classes, as well as includes a continuing education fee.
COVID-19 Updates: We are closely monitoring COVID-19 guidelines and protocols from the State and local Health Department and will be communicating Academy protocols in more detail late the week of August 16.
Student Registration: Online
Please click the link below to create your parent profile. Please remember to then add your child(ren) to your profile.
After creating your profile, please purchase your $40 registration fee** from the Online Store under the services tab. You will then be contacted by Fort Wayne Ballet within 24 hours at which point you may register your student(s) for classes. Please return completed parent signature page to the Academy Registrar.
