Astrid Ariana began her dance training at Dance Center Evanston, where she studied the Cecchetti Method of Ballet through Grades 1–7. She graduated cum laude from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Dance–Arts Administration and a minor in Business Administration.

In addition to her year-round training, Astrid has studied with Ballet Austin, Joffrey Ballet Chicago, Visceral Dance Chicago, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet under Desmond Richardson. She also trained at Orsolina 28 in Italy, working with répétiteurs of Marco Goecke and Jiří Kylián.

Astrid is excited to continue her journey with Fort Wayne Ballet as an Apprentice Artist while also serving as the Company’s Marketing and Development Coordinator. She is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Fort Wayne Ballet both onstage and behind the scenes, combining her passion for dance with her dedication to supporting and advancing the arts in the Fort Wayne community.
