Sandra grew up in North Carolina, where she began her training at
Destiny Dance Institute of Wake Forest. After graduating from high
school, she went on to continue her ballet training at The Nutmeg Ballet
Conservatory, Milwaukee Ballet, and Nashville Ballet before joining Fort
Wayne Ballet in 2021. Some of her favorite moments since joining
Fort Wayne Ballet have included performing in Balanchine’s Serenade,
Wine Spirit in Saki Morimoto’s reimagining of Oscar Wilde’s The Picture
of Dorian Gray, Snow Crystals in The Nutcracker, and Swans in Swan
Lake. She is so excited to share the stage with her fellow dancers for
Fort Wayne Ballet’s 70th season!
