Astrid Ariana is the Marketing and Development Coordinator at Fort Wayne Ballet, where she supports the organization’s marketing, communications, fundraising, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, and special events. As both an arts administrator and professional dancer, Astrid brings a unique perspective to her work, combining a deep understanding of the art form with a passion for connecting audiences, donors, and community partners to the mission of Fort Wayne Ballet.

Astrid joined Fort Wayne Ballet following her graduation from Butler University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science with Cum Laude and High Departmental Honors in Dance–Arts Administration with a minor in Business Administration. During her studies, she gained valuable experience through internships with Joffrey Ballet and Visceral Dance Chicago, supporting development, donor stewardship, communications, fundraising strategy, and event planning.

In addition to her administrative work, Astrid is an artist with Fort Wayne Ballet. Her experience both onstage and behind the scenes fuels her passion for ensuring that the arts continue to thrive and remain accessible to the community. She is proud to contribute to Fort Wayne Ballet’s growth while helping share the organization’s mission, artistry, and impact with audiences and supporters throughout the region.
